Serves 4
:
300 grams of chicken (chopped) 25
oil 2 cloves garlic 400 grams of rice
1 pinch saffron 1 onion dye
1 tablet of chicken stock 1 tablespoon
chopped green pepper 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
* In a pan with oil, saute the garlic, the onion chopped fine, fine pepper.
* When Begin to turn brown, add the chicken pieces and sauté all together.
* When the chicken is browned, add tomato sauce and give it a spin.
* At this point, add water to cover ingredients.
* Add rice, saffron and chicken broth.
* Boil over medium heat until the rice is done.
* Serve a little soupy.
